Karnataka Common Entrance Test is the test organised by Karnataka government. The body established a CET cell under the government of Karnataka in the year 1994. Through this cell, the government has been conducting the Common Entrance Test to determine the eligibility of the candidates for admission to the first year of full time professional courses such as B.Sc., BHSc., B.Tech, B.FSc and pharma courses. The Government has converted CET into an autonomous body under “Karnataka Examinations Authority” (KEA). The KEA which is now the registered exam conducting body invited the applications from the candidates to apply for the courses. The online application began from 27 January 2017 and the last date to fill the form was 8 March 2017 (extended date).
The candidates who had filled any incorrect information in their application form by mistake can now officially enter the changes in their form from the official website i.e www.kea.kar.nic.in. Students can modify their application form until they are satisfied of all the information from 14 March 2017 to 31 March 2017.
NOTE – Please note that only the candidates who have paid the examination fees will be able to make the changes.

KCET 2017 Editing Application Form
STEPS TO EDIT YOUR KCET 2017 APPLICATION FORM:–
- Logon to the site www.kea.kar.nic.in
- Read the instructions click here to edit your form before commencing any changes.
- Select the icon “CET-2017-Edit Option of Online Application”.
- The candidate will be able to enter the changes till 05:00 pm
- Enter your user ID and PASSWORD
- Select “send OTP’.
- A one time password will be sent to you on the registered mobile number provided by you.
- Insert this OTP
- Now enter the security key displayed on the screen as it is.
- Make the entries wherever necessary.
- Press “Save”.
- Press ‘declare” button
- Now please press “Submit”.
After all the changes are secured by the candidates they are supposed to preserve this information.
The students can take a print out of their CET 2017 application form for future purpose.
