Netaji Subhas Open University: Online Renewal (wbnsouadmissions.com) for BDP Students has been started. The minimum duration of the courses is three year for each field of Bachelor Degree Programmes. The application form will be available online mode on the official website, candidates are required to submit their form before the last date. NSOU BDP Admission 2019

Students are instructed to renew their registration at the end of 2nd (1st Renewal) and 4th (2nd Renewal) semester in order to enable themselves to appear the Term End Examinations on completion of 4th and 6th semester. Eligibility Criteria

Programme offered by school of social sciences:

B.A. in Political Science

  • Passed 10+2 Examination or equivalent.
  • Passed 10+2 in Vocational Courses.

B.Sc. in Physics and B.Sc. in Chemistry

  • Passed 10+2 examination or equivalent with 40% marks in respective subject and pass marks in Mathematics.

Programme offered by school of education:

B.A. in Education

  • Passed 10+2 Examination or equivalent (Arts and Science Streams only) with 45% marks.

Qualification Criteria for Arts Programmes:-

B.A. in Bengali and B.A. in History 

  • Passed 10+2 Examination or equivalent.
  • Passed BPP with PSS from NSOU.
  • Passed 10+2 in Vocational Courses.

B.A. in English

  • Passed 10+2 Examination with 40% marks in English or equivalent.
  • Passed BPP with PSS with 50% marks in aggregate from NSOU.
  • Passed 10+2 in Vocational Courses with 40% marks in English.

Qualification Criteria for Commerce Programmes:-

Bachelor of Commerce

  • Passed 10+2 examination or equivalent.
  • Passed BPP with PCO from NSOU.
  • Passed 10+2 in vocational course.

Qualification Criteria for Science Programmes:-

Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Geography, Zoology, Botany

  • Passed 10+2 examination or equivalent with 50% marks in Mathematics, Geography, Zoology, Botany.

Admission Procedure for Bachelor Degree Programmes

Admission in any programme is provisional subject to the determination of eligibility by the University at the time of giving enrollment number. If any discrepancy is revealed later, responsibility will rest on the applicant and his / her admission will be cancelled and no claim for refund of fees will be entertained. Applicants are, therefore, advised to satisfy themselves as regards their eligibility for a particular course before taking admission.

  • Candidates are advised to go through the Admission notification, step to be followed available on the admission website before Filling the Application form.
  • All information regarding the admission process will be available only on the NSOU official website which is www.wbnsou.ac.in and on admission website www.bdp.wbnsouadmissions.com.
    Applicants should check the above mentioned websites regularly for updated information.
  • Applicants passed bpp from NSOU are advised to visit study centre to get information for admission.
  • Marks relaxation for SC/ST as per W.B. Govt. Rule.
  • An applicant is permitted to take admission only in one bachelor degree programme.
  • After online submission of application form candidates are advised to ensure their eligibility from
    Their selected study centre for the course prior to payment of fees.
  • University accepts fees only through bank challan (obtained from admission website after submission of Application form) or online payment gateway (service available at admission website only after submission of Application form).
  • Incomplete application or application forms submitted at study centres without relevant
    Documents and payment confirmation receipt, will not be accepted.
  • The applicants are strongly encouraged to take special care about the dates of payment of fess
    After getting admission, otherwise he or she will be deprived of admission.
