How is MMMUT Result 2020 Calculated?
Candidates can calculate their results by using the answer key. Answer key will be published along with the result on the official website. Officials calculate the result on the basis of candidate’s performance in the exam. The result is prepared on the basis of marking scheme given below:
- Correct answer: +4 marks
- Incorrect answer: -1 mark
How is MMMUT 2020 merit list prepared?
Merit list is prepared on the basis of candidate’s score in the entrance test. Candidates who will score more than 0 marks in Paper 1 in MET will get their name in the merit list. Admission to the courses is done on the basis of the candidate’s merit list. The merit list for M.Tech. course prepared on the basis of cumulative score in the entrance test and GATE score with weightage of 40% and 60%, respectively.
How to check MMMUT Result 2020?
Candidates can check the MMMUT result 2020 from the below steps:
Step 1- Go to official website of MMMUT i.e. mmmut.ac.in.
Step 2- Next, the candidates have to click on the MET 2020 result link.
Step 3- Then, the candidates have to enter application form number/ roll number and password to check the result
Step 4- On submitting the details in the next screen, candidates can check their results.
Step 5- Lastly, take the print out of the MET 2020 result for future reference.
MMMUT 2020 Tie-Breaking Criteria
In case, two or more candidates will score the same marks then the merit list will be prepared on the basis of given points:
- A candidate who has a lesser number of incorrect answers in MET 2020.
- For B.Tech: Candidate who is older and who score more marks in mathematics, physics and chemistry of paper 1.
- For B.Tech. (LE)/ BBA/ MBA/ MCA/ M.Sc./ M.Tech./ Ph.D: Candidate who is older.
MMMUT Counselling 2020
MMMUT 2020 counselling will be conducted after the declaration of results. Candidates will be intimated about the counselling process individually. Reserved category candidates will avail the benefit of reservation of seats at the time of allotment of seats depending upon their eligibility. Admissions to all the courses offered by MMMUT shall be made as per the merit rank of MET-2020 except B.Tech.-I. In the case of the B.Tech course, 90% of seats of total seats will be filled based on merit rank obtained by the candidates in MET 2020. Candidates have to carry all the required documents at the time of MMMUT counselling 2020 for verification.

The MET 2020 exam is conducted to grant admission to B.Tech, B.Tech (LE), BBA, MBA, MCA, M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc and Ph.D. courses.
