Offer Acceptance Fee and Withdrawal
Candidates can check the details regarding the offer acceptance and withdrawal given below.
- A candidate after getting selected at IIM Udaipur have to accept the offer within a given time. He/ she needs to send the offer letter along with Offer Acceptance, and have to pay the amount of Rs.1,00,000/-.
- In case any candidates wants to withdraw the admission with the stipulated time, the amount will be returned with decoction of Rs. 1,000 as processing fee.
- If the candidate withdraws his admission after the stipulated time, the amount will not be refunded to the candidate.
- If the candidate takes admission into another program, the amount will get adjusted in Term 1 fee.

Important Guidelines for IIMU Selection
Candidates can check the important points regarding the admission in IIMU are given below.
- Candidates who have not completed their UG degree yet and are still perusing, the marks in the completed semester will be used as per entered in the CAT Application form.
- For candidates with CGPA instead of percentage in result of their degree, the percentage will be calculated on the basis of the formula prescribed by the board/university.
- If the institute/ board provides the letter grades rather than percentage, candidate has to get the certificate having marks from the institute and has to submit during the interview.
- For candidates who have completed the inter masters course after Class XII, the percentage will be considered as the percentage of bachelors degree.
- Class X and Class XII percentage will be calculated using the total marks of all the subjects in the marksheet.
- Candidates claiming the work experience has to show these mandatory documents:
- Registered partnership deed of the firm
- Filing with Registrar of Companies
- GST registration of firm
- PAN Card
- Income Tax Returns (ITR)
- Bank account statement
- Statutory Auditor Appointment
- Purchase/work orders for the duration of claim of the firm/company’s operations
- MSME certificate (if applicable)
- DIPP Certificate of Recognition (if applicable)
