The candidates willing to apply for admission to Shastri course in government institutions of Rajasthan can apply online on hte.rajasthan.gov.in. One can also apply through E-Mitra. Direct link to apply is given below.

Steps to Apply
Step 1: Click on the link given above.
Step 2: On the page than opens, press “Click here for Application Form”.
Step 3: SSO (Single Sign On) Portal is going to open up. if already registered in SSO, enter user name and password otherwise register yourself first and then login.
Step 4: After logging in the SSO portal, click on Citizen Apps (G2C) services.
Step 5: Next, select the DCE Sanskrit App services.
Step 6: Select the college from the list where you wish to get admission.
Step 7: Enter basic details, personal information, qualifications, address etc and upload documents as per specifications. Verify all the information and submit the application form.

- Passport size color photograph not older than 6 months – 100 to 150 KB.
- Signature on white paper using a black ball pen – 50 – 100 KB.
- Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC/MBC candidates – 250- 500 KB
- Income Certificate for EWS candidates – 250 – 500 KB
- Relevant Certificate for Relaxation/Bonus – 250 – 500 KB.
Rajasthan HTE Shastri Admission 2020 Eligibility Criteria
Before filling the online application form, the applicants must satisfy the minimum qualification criteria for Shastri. Go through the points given below to know the eligibility needed for Shastri admission.
- The applicants must have passed senior secondary (class 12th)/ Varishth Upadhyaya examination to be eligible.
- For candidates who have passed qualifying exam from a Rajasthan school, a minimum of 40% marks must be obtained in the qualifying exam.
- For citizens of Rajasthan who have completed the qualifying exam from other states’ schools, a minimum of 40% marks must be obtained in the qualifying exam.
- Candidates who are not citizens of Rajasthan and who cleared the qualifying exam from outside Rajasthan require at least 55% marks in the qualifying examination.
Note: If seats remain vacant after admitting eligible candidates, admission is granted to such applicants whose marks are 1 less than the minimum qualifying marks.
Rajasthan HTE Shastri Admission 2020 Seat Reservation
75% of the total seats are filled up by the candidates who have passed Varishtha Upadhyaya examination while 25% seats are filled using senior secondary passed candidates. Category-wise seat reservation is as follows.

If seats remain vacant under reserved category quota, seats reserved for SC can be filled up using ST candidates and vice-versa. If seats still remain vacant, they are filled using waitlisted candidates of general category.
