MCD Nursing Admission 2018
The MCD nursing course is aimed to help you to acquire knowledge, understanding and the correct attitude which is very necessary for carrying nursing activities both in the hospital and in the community. This course will also help you to acquire the skills that are essential in providing care according to the needs of the individual patient and developing the skills to enhance interpersonal relationship communication & counseling. You should also note that you will not be permitted to pursue any other course or any examination other than that conducted by the institution during the tenure of the above course. It is advised that you ensure the eligibility criteria listed down by the officials. If you fail to fulfill criteria laid down by the officials then you will be disqualified from the admission procedure. We have listed a few criteria for your reference. Please go through the pointers listed below.
You should have attained at least 17 years of age (as on 31st December 2018) to appear in the admission process. The upper age limit is 35 years (as on 31st December 2018).
- You should have qualified 10+2 exam with English with a minimum of 40% marks from a recognized board
- You should have qualified 10+2 exam with English having 40% of marks in vocational ANM course from the school recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
- You should have qualified 10+2 exam with English to have 40% marks in the vocational stream- Healthcare Science from a recognized CBSE board/State/Centre.
The application form for MCD Nursing Admission 2018 available in the online mode. You will have to register before the last scheduled date to be allowed to appear in the examination. Please enter all the accurate details in your application forms as any discrepancies found later in the form will result in your disqualification. The registration process is incomplete until you pay the application fees in the online mode. If you belong to the UR / OBC category application fee is Rs.1560. If you belong to the SC/ST category application fee is Rs.810/- You have to keep ready scanned copies of documents ready for the registration process. The list of documents is listed below.
- Certificate of class Xth (for age verification)
- Mark sheet of class XIIth (for verification of mark entered in the application form)
- Caste Certificate from Competent Authority. (SC/ST and OBC(Delhi).
- Disability Certificate from Recognised Institute.
- Passport size photographs measuring 3.5 cm. x 3.5cm.
- Scanned copy of the candidate’s signature.
- Copy of 12th exam certificate as well as roll no. Issued by the principal.
The admit card will be issued once the registration process has been successfully been completed. The admit card for the exam will be uploaded on the official website. It is mandatory that you should carry your admit card along with you on the day of examination. You will not be allowed to appear in the exam without a valid admit card. It should be duly noted by you that tampering with the information mentioned in the admit card can result in your disqualification from the admission process. We would also advise you to preserve your admit card in good condition till the admission procedure for the MCD nursing course 2018 is completed.
